Info

La Tragédie D'Oreste Et Électre is considered the pinnacle of Cranes' work in the high-art realm. Recorded before the release of their 1993 album "Loved," its release was delayed until 1996 due to copyright clearance issues. The album features lyrics inspired by the works of French existentialist Jean-Paul Sartre. Standout tracks include the atmospheric "Danse D'Electre" and the haunting "Au Temple," showcasing Alison Shaw's exceptional vocals.
