What Did You Expect from the Vaccines? is the debut studio album by the English indie rock band The Vaccines. It was released on March 11, 2011, debuting at #4 on the UK Albums Chart and becoming the best-selling debut by a band in 2011. The Vaccines were formed in 2010 in West London by Justin Hayward-Young (vocals, guitar), Freddie Cowan (lead guitar, vocals), Árni Árnason (bass, vocals), and Pete Robertson (drums, vocals).

The band has released four studio albums and sold over two million records worldwide. They have performed at the world’s largest festivals and toured with acts such as The Rolling Stones, Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys, The Stone Roses, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Imagine Dragons, and Muse.

What Did You Expect from the Vaccines? drew comparisons to The Ramones and The Jesus and Mary Chain and includes six singles: “Wreckin’ Bar,” “Post-Break-Up Sex,” “If You Wanna,” “All In White,” “Nørgaard,” and “Wetsuit.”
