This version contains an inner sleeve with the patent number: 1,125,555 4913 000 1541 — 3 539 Issued in a textured gimmix cover with pinched spine endings. The center part of the punched out front being transparent foil with black print on it; there is a printed cardboard insert that provides the remainder of the cover image. Release also contains a printed inner sleeve with lyrics. Track B4 is not mentioned on release, but the music is present on the record. Some copies were issued with a "Made in England" sticker on the back cover. Runouts are stamped apart from 'RAYS,' which is etched.
