Right of Withdrawal
If for any reason you regret your order, you can contact us within 14 days by email (email@example.com). We will then immediately refund the already paid order amount as soon as we received the returned goods back in our store. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you or a person designated by you physically possess your order.
In order to use the right of withdrawal please send us a clear written statement by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us about your decision, before sending us your product(s) back. Items can be returned to the following address:

If possible, please return items in their original packaging and/or do not remove any of the labels. When the shipping-box in which the items were delivered, is still available, please use this to ensure that the manufacturer’s original packaging is not damaged.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are sealed audio or video recordings which were unsealed after delivery.
Please understand that in the event of a return of goods due to revocation, the shipping costs for the return shipment will not be borne by 3345. We would therefore like to ask you to provide sufficient postage for the return shipment on your own in these cases.
Received damaged product
If you have received a damaged or faulty item from us, we are so sorry! Please contact us by email (email@example.com) and we will provide you with return information as soon as possible. Please include your order number and a description of the problem and include pictures of the damaged item and packaging in your email.
We'll get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Let us know whether you wish to exchange the item or prefer a refund.
Records played on a lower quality record player or players with worn out needles will skip or get stuck more easily. Often this is not due to a defect in the record itself. We will always check damaged returned records in our store. If the record is not damaged, we will not be able to replace it or give a refund. Examples of record players with which we have had not the best experiences are: Crosley, Denver, Ricatech, Ion, Fenton and most retro-look record players. In this case we kindly ask you to cover the cost of returning your records.
Received wrong product
If you have received a different product from your order we are terribly sorry and of course will make sure to provide you with the right product (or a refund if preffered,) as soon as possible. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the received product so we can solve this immediately!
You can always cancel your order while it's not shipped yet. When the order is already on it's way we are not able to cancel. In this case you can contact us by email (email@example.com) and send it back as soon as you received your package.

Pre-order items will only be shipped after the official release date. Please note that release dates are often liable to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances like manufacturing or shipping delays. We try to update the new release dates if any such changes come into effect as soon as we are supplied with accurate information by the supplier on our website.
Please remember that we are dependent on the distributors, record labels and couriers to deliver the releases to us on time and pre-order release dates are really just there as a guide for when the distributor anticipates an upcoming release to be available.
Finally, although it is rare, from time to time releases that are placed on pre-order are subsequently cancelled by the record label. In this instance we will inform you that the release is no longer going to be released and refund your order.
