We always use strong, 2-layered cardboard packaging for records and an equally resillient substitute for CDs, cassettes, or any other product found in our online store. Rates & Delivery Time
The exact shipping cost will be calculated after placing the order, based on the weight* / seize of the items selected and the package's destination. See our shipping rates table for a detailed overview.
* Note that a 2XLP album counts as two records.
We have the following shipping options:
- DPD: Possible for all EU orders, starting at €6.99 for Dutch orders. Always registered, including a tracking number you will receive automatically by mail.
- Asendia: Has both options with and without tracking number. It could take a few days for the a tracking code to be activated after we've marked your order as shipped.
All NL & EU deliveries by DPD are shipped daily. Our Asendia deliveries will be shipped once per week. NL shipments usually take 1-2 working days to arrive.
If your order contains any pre-orders, we will ship when all items are available. If you prefer otherwise, please get in touch with us.
Want the order to arrive after a specific date due to absence or when sending the order as a gift? Let us know and we will make sure to ship your order on the date of your choice!
We offer free shipping to the following countries:
- The Netherlands, on all orders of €75 or more
- Belgium, on all orders of €120 or more
- Luxembourg, on all orders of €120 or more
- Germany, on all orders of €120 or more
In order to qualify for free shipping the order must be sent as one package. When the placed order includes a pre-order the order will be sent when all items are in stock. If you do wish to have your items sent seperately extra postage needs to be added - please get in touch if this is the case.
Giftcards do not add to qualifying for free shipping.
Local Pick Up
You can always collect your order at our physical store in The Hague. By choosing for our "Pick up" option at checkout you won't be charged any postage. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is ready for pick up. Please review our opening hours to make sure we are there!
Extra shipping costs has to be charged if the package returns due to a faulty address or when it has not been picked up at a local pick up point. For more information regarding your Right of Withdrawal, please read here.
