What is a “Pre-Order” item?
A “Pre-Order” item is any product that is not currently in stock and is being sold in advance

If my order contains both Pre-Order and in-stock items, when will my order be shipped?

By default, we wait until all items in your order are available, then ship everything together in one package. If you’d like your in-stock items to arrive sooner, you have two options:

1. Place Separate Orders: One for the in-stock items, and another for the Pre-Sale items.
2. Contact Us at team@3345.nl: We may be able to ship part of your order early for an additional fee.

Will I be charged as soon as I place my order with Pre-Order items?

Typically, yes. Your payment method is charged at checkout to secure your item(s). If an unexpected delay occurs, we’ll notify you so you can decide whether to continue waiting or cancel for a refund.

When will my Pre-Order items arrive?

The release date is the leading factor for fulfillment timing. Typically, we receive Pre-Order items close to the release date, but exceptions may occur.
