Webshop shipments
NOTE - Due to the current situation regarding Corona, we only offer tracked shipping. These shipping rates will be reviewed every week. All packages are packed with the utmost care. We have professional experience with shipping orders to all corners of the world. Refer to our 100% rating (35,000+ orders) on Discogs. After placing your order, the shipping rate is calculated based on its weight- for the weight we use general indicators.
Orders on "pre order" labelled records will be fulfilled the moment the record becomes available. An estimated arrival date is provided, please note that these are subject to change. If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be contacted by us. 

 

Online payments
We accept Credit Card, Banktransfer (Ideal & Sepa) and Paypal. Please note that if you choose a Sepa bank transfer it can take a few days to confirm your payment.
In-store payments
In our store we accept cash, credit card and bank cards.

 

Returns webshop purchases
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. Although we appreciate knowing your reason for return, you do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty. Due to European law, you cannot return audio or video carriers if the physical product you have ordered has been taken out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs (within EU). Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package for local NL shipping, please consult the website of your carrier for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will be returned to our store location in The Hague NL. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@3345.nl. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

 

Returns physical store
Please note we are unable to provide a monetary refund for physical store purchases. The value of your item will be converted into store credit. This applies to sealed items only. No returns on 'used' (second hand) items and new items which are purchased unsealed.

Our right to cancel the order
We reserve the right to cancel the order if:
  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the physical products you have ordered.
  • We do not deliver to your area.
  • One or more physical products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card or PayPal as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
