Brandi Carlile - Returning To Myself

Alongside the release of the single “Returning To Myself”, Brandi has announced the album of the same name. To write and record this album, she retreated to the forests of Upstate New York, where she ultimately found herself again, creating a masterpiece about the human experience that we can all hold on to. The ten-track album was produced by Carlile, Andrew Watt, Aaron Dessner, and Justin Vernon.

Carlile is widely regarded as one of the most authentic and powerful voices in modern folk, rock, and roots/Americana music. In addition to her career as a singer-songwriter — for which she has already won multiple Grammys — she is deeply involved in studio work with other artists and is often sought after as a producer. Her résumé includes collaborations with musicians who also shaped her own artistry, such as Tanya Tucker, Joni Mitchell, and Elton John.
