All tracks were recorded at Ike & Tina's recording studio Bolic Sound, Inglewood, California. The album features compositions by Leon Ware, Philip Reese, Aillene Bullock, Ike & Tina and the funky two-part instrumental track ""'Nuff Said"". 'Nuff Said is housed in a gatefold sleeve.
