A reference to Rocky II, Marcus (Nourished by Time) sees “Catching Chickens” as metaphor for his career and life this far – an artist deep in training, preparing for their next big fight. The EPs 5 songs, recorded across 2022/23 in Baltimore, MD, showcase Nourished by Time’s generational song writing and production, blending off-kilter pop, R&B, Indie, and electronics into a truly unique sound.
