Sham 69 - The Game

The Game is the 4th album by punk band Sham 69, released in 1980. In 1980 Sham had just disbanded and re-formed within a couple of months, drafting in new drummer Mark Goldstein for this comeback. The Game, rang in the ’80s as a warning of the coming decade of greed and myopia. The message was, of course, right on the mark. The Game sounds like their earlier recordings, but has a much slicker production. A much underrated album at the time The Game is available as limited numbered edition of 750 copies on translucent red coloured vinyl.
