Commissioned by Rosalind Newman and first performed by her dance company at the Joyce Theatre, NYC in February 1987. "Jigsaw" Recorded at Noise, Oct. '86 Commissioned as a collaboration between Fred Frith, Rosalind Newman and Pier Voulkos. "Propaganda" Recorded at Noise, April '87. It was written and directed by Matthew Maguire and first performed at La Mama ETC in New York from May 1– 24 1987. All instruments and voices by Fred Frith except as noted.
